Abstract:
A steel pipe (10) that comprises: a tubular steel layer (11) that is joined at a weld part (12) that runs along a pipe axial direction; a plating layer (16) that covers the steel layer (11) and the weld part (12) from the outside in the radial direction of the steel layer (11); a pre-plating layer (14) that covers an inside surface of the steel layer (11); and an electrical insulation layer (15) that has electrical insulation properties and covers an inner surface of the pre-plating layer (14) and an inner surface of the weld part (12).
