Abstract:
A steel sheet having a predetermined component composition satisfying formula (1), wherein a microstructure existing at a location 1/4 of the sheet thickness from the surface in the sheet thickness direction includes, in vol%, 95% or more of ferrite and 5% or less of remaining structures, the proportion of non-recrystallized ferrite in said ferrite is 5％ or less, and X-ray wavelength λ and half width w at a peak representing the (200) plane of said ferrite satisfy formula (2). (1): 0.80≤{(Ti/48-N/14)+Nb/93}/(C/12)≤5.00
(2): w×λ≥0.20
