Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a sterilization and purification apparatus comprising: a column part; a cover part which is provided on the outer side of the column part, has an air flow space part provided therein, and has air inflow holes formed at predetermined intervals along the length direction thereof; a filter module which is provided on the inner side of the cover part so as to filter air guided through the air inflow holes; an upper cap part which is coupled to the upper end portion of the cover part; a lower cap part which is coupled to the lower end portion of the cover part and has an air discharge hole formed therein; a first ultraviolet light sterilization part which is provided inside the upper cap part so as to irradiate ultraviolet light into the air flow space part; a photocatalyst part which is provided in the lower side of the cover part so as to promote a chemical reaction by receiving the ultraviolet light irradiated from the first ultraviolet light sterilization part; a second ultraviolet light sterilization part which is provided underneath the photocatalyst part; and a blowing part which is provided underneath the second ultraviolet light sterilization part, introduces outside air into the air inflow holes, and then discharges same through the air discharge hole.
