Abstract:
Provided is a storage comprising an opening section, storage sections, and a transfer section. The opening section can be coupled with an unmanned carrier for carrying an article to a substrate work machine that performs predetermined substrate work on the substrate. The storage sections store articles having been carried by the unmanned carrier. The transfer section transfers an article to a predetermined storage section when the article has been warehoused by the unmanned carrier coupled with the opening section and transfers the article stored in the storage section to the unmanned carrier coupled with the opening section when the article is to be shipped.
