Abstract:
A storage device (10) and an electronic equipment. The storage device (10) comprises: a control chip (12); a storage chip (13); a power interface (17) configured to receive a first voltage of the external; a first transformation circuit (18), the input end thereof being coupled to the power interface (17), the output end thereof being coupled to the control chip (12), and the first transformation circuit being configured to convert the first voltage into a second voltage and provide the control chip (12) with the second voltage; and a second transformation circuit (19), the input end thereof being coupled to the power interface (17), the output end thereof being coupled to the control chip (12) and the storage chip (13), and the second transformation circuit being configured to convert the first voltage into a third voltage and provide the control chip (12) and the storage chip (13) with the third voltage. In this way, the operation of the device only requires an externally provided power, and compatibility is thus improved.
