Abstract:
Provided is a storage device, said storage device comprising: a substrate (1), comprising a first side face (11a) and second side face (11b), which are opposite to one another; a memory chip (12), arranged on the first side face (11a); a control chip (71), arranged on the side of the memory chip (12) away from the substrate (11) and electrically connected to the memory chip (12); a plurality of of contacts (15), arranged on the second side face (11b) and electrically connected to the control chip (13); an encapsulation layer (14), which covers the substrate (11), the memory chip (12), and the control chip (13); the ratio of the area of the overlapping region of a first projection region of the control chip (13) on the substrate (11) and a second projection region of the plurality of contacts (15) on the substrate (11) to the area of the first projection region is greater than a set percentage threshold. By the described means, damage to the control chip during pressing of the storage device is prevented, increasing the product manufacturing yield and thereby reducing costs.
