Abstract:
A stretching device for yoga training, the device comprising a bottom plate (1), a transmission mechanism (2), and an adjusting and positioning mechanism (3). A transmission cavity (4) fitted to the transmission mechanism (2), and an adjusting cavity (5) fitted to the adjusting and positioning mechanism (3), are respectively arranged in the bottom plate (1) from bottom to top; a first rotating shaft through-hole (6) is provided between the transmission cavity (4) and the adjusting cavity (5); a sliding groove (7) in communication with the adjusting cavity (5) is provided at the top end of a top plate, and one side of the sliding groove (7) is provided with a second rotating shaft through-hole (8); the transmission mechanism (2) comprises a driven gear (9), a transmission gear (10) and a rotary table (11); the adjusting and positioning mechanism (3) comprises an adjusting gear (14), adjusting toothed plates (15), a bearing sliding plate (16) and limiting members (17); and the device drives the transmission gear (10) to rotate by means of the rotary table (11), and the driven gear (9) and a second transmission shaft (13) are driven to rotate by means of meshing of the transmission gear (10) and the driven gear (9), such that the adjusting gear (14) meshes with the two adjusting toothed plates (15), and thus synchronous movement of the two limiting members (17) is achieved, the stretching degree of legs is adjusted, and the stretching movement of users with different leg lengths is facilitated.
