Structural composition (1) of a wound dressing, mainly comprising three layers of structures; a structure I is a substrate (11) and is a non-adhesive foundational material made of, but not limited to, fibers, yarns and fabrics; a structure II is a nano-gold sputtering layer (12) and is bonded to one side of the substrate (11); a structure III is a blood absorbing cotton pad (13) and is bonded to the other side of the substrate (11); a use method of the structural composition comprises making the nano-gold sputtering layer (12) face a wound.
