Abstract:
A substrate for digital printing, a digital printing plate obtained on the basis of the substrate, and a preparation method for the digital printing plate. Specifically, first, an intermediate structural layer formed by wood plastic or stone plastic is obtained by means of extrusion by a die, and then an elastic stress layer made of hot-melt resin is co-extruded or online attached on the base surface of the intermediate structural layer, so as to obtain the substrate for digital printing; and then a pattern simulation layer having a pattern and 3D effect is compounded on the decorative surface of the substrate, so as to obtain the digital printing plate. In an existing substrate, when a pattern simulation layer is formed on a decorative surface, internal stress is formed between the pattern simulation layer and the substrate, thus causing the substrate to warp toward the pattern simulation layer. In the present substrate, the elastic stress layer is prefabricated on the base surface of the substrate, the elastic stress layer and the pattern simulation layer form opposite stress effects, and after the two stress effects are counteracted, a digital printing plate having low warpage can be obtained.
