Abstract:
This substrate (5A) is provided with: an aluminum base (10); and a reflective layer (12) which is formed to contain a first ceramic and reflects the light from a light emitting element (6) and an intermediate layer (11) which is formed by spraying so as to contain a second ceramic and reinforces the withstand voltage performance of the reflective layer (12), said layers being arranged between the aluminum base (10) and an electrode pattern (20) for establishing an electrical connection with the light emitting element (6).
