Title:
SUGAR-COATED D-ALLULOSE GRANULES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/189830
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining D-allulose granules coated with sucrose which improve fluidity and ensure uniformity during transportation. A solution to the problem is achieved by providing sugar-coated D-allulose granules which have an average particle diameter of 300 to 800μm, and which are produced from raw material granules which contain D-allulose with an average particle diameter of 50 to 500μm and sugar with an average particle diameter of 20 to 105μm (with the caveat that the average particle diameter of the sugar is smaller than the average particle diameter of the D-allulose), where said raw material granules have a mass ratio in the range of 5:95 to 35:65.
