Abstract:

Disclosed are a sulfinate glycosyl donor, a method for preparing same, and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The present invention particularly provides a sulfinate glycosyl donor represented by formula I and a method for preparing same as well as use of the sulfinate glycosyl donor represented by formula I in preparing a glycoside compound including a thioglycoside compound and a carbon glycoside compound. The sulfinate glycosyl donor provided by the present invention is novel in structure and has a special sulfinate structure. The sulfinate glycosyl donor features a simple preparation method, mild reaction condition and high yield, and is suitable for industrial production. When the sulfinate glycosyl donor of the present invention is used as a raw material to prepare the glycoside compound, an additional initiator does not need to be added, such that the production cost is saved, the generation of byproducts is reduced, and the glycoside compound with a purity greater than 98% is obtained. The sulfinate glycosyl donor of the present invention has a wide application prospect in the preparation of the glycoside compound such as the thioglycoside compound and the carbon glycoside compound.
