Abstract:
A super-finishing method for a cemented carbide coating of a surface of revolution, comprises the following steps: spraying an outer spherical surface of a surface of revolution part with a cemented carbide coating by means of a spraying device; performing semi-precision numerical control hard turning machining on the outer spherical surface of the surface of revolution part by means of a hard turning device to obtain a preliminary contour of the surface of revolution; performing precision numerical control hard turning machining on the outer spherical surface of the surface of revolution part by means of the hard turning device; trimming the spherical surface difference of the surface of revolution part by using a grinding process; finishing the surface roughness of the surface of revolution part by using the grinding process; and polishing the surface of the surface of revolution part by adopting a mirror polishing process, so that the surface of the surface of revolution part reaches a mirror surface effect.
