Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of steam generation. Disclosed is a superheated steam generating device. The device comprises a first heating cavity, wherein left and right sides of the first heating cavity are respectively provided with a first input pipe and a first output pipe, and the first input pipe is configured to input saturated steam. The device further comprises partitions, wherein a plurality of partitions are alternately installed on upper and lower sides of the first heating cavity in a left-right parallel manner, a channel with both ends thereof respectively communicating with the first input pipe and the first output pipe is formed in the first heating cavity, an inner space of the first heating cavity is divided into a plurality of cavities which communicate with each other, heating pipes configured to heat the saturated steam into superheated steam are vertically embedded in the cavities, and gaps allowing the saturated steam to pass through are reserved between the heating pipes and inner side walls of the cavities. A plurality of heating pipes are arranged in parallel, so that the saturated steam is heated more uniformly; and in addition, the saturated steam is repeatedly heated multiple times by the plurality of heating pipes during flowing, so that the working efficiency is improved.
