Abstract:
This supporting device is designed to support a green compact extruded laterally from a die which an extrusion molding device comprises, said supporting device being provided with: a plurality of holding members that each have a recessed part corresponding to the shape of the side surface of the green compact; a driving means that moves the holding members upward one by one to bring the recessed part into contact with the side surface of the green compact; a gas injection surface that is provided between the position of the die and a position at which the driving means is provided when the supporting device is disposed at a stage subsequent to the extrusion molding device (10), and has a plurality of openings for injecting gas upward; and a gas supplying means that supplies gas to the plurality of openings.
