Abstract:
A surface layer alloying weakening treatment and auxiliary processing method for efficient cutting of a difficult-to-process material, comprising: carrying out permeation alloying treatment on a difficult-to-process material so as to weaken the surface thereof; and cutting and processing the difficult-to-process material after the surface weakening treatment. Also disclosed is the difficult-to-process material and an application of the permeation alloying treatment in reducing the surface roughness of the difficult-to-process material after cutting.
