Abstract:
In the present invention, a solid electrolytic capacitor (100) comprises a capacitive element (10) and a cathode metal (70). The capacitive element (10) has: (i) an anode body (20) that includes a sintered compact in which a dielectric oxide film is formed on the surface of a sintered metal powder, and a solid electrolyte that covers the dielectric oxide film; (ii) an anode member (30) partially buried in the anode body (20); (iii) a solid electrolyte layer (40) that covers the outer peripheral surface of the anode body (20); and (iv) a cathode layer (50) that covers the solid electrolyte layer (40) and contains a non-metallic material. The capacitive element (10) has a first surface positioned at the front side, a second surface positioned at the rear side, a third surface (13) positioned at the lower side, and a fourth surface (14) positioned at the lateral side. The anode member (30) is led out from the anode body (20) on the first surface. The cathode metal (70) covers the cathode layer (50) in the third surface (13) and the fourth surface (14).
