Abstract:
Provided is a novel surface-protecting film that exhibits excellent reworkability and, even without the use of a plasticizer, exhibits sufficiently high wettability. This surface-protecting film has a base layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the deformation index of the outermost 80 nm of the said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 0.01 to 0.4 µN.
