Abstract:

This surgical tool is provided with a driven part, a cord body, a rotary body, a first support part and a second support part, a rotary shaft part, and a fixed part. External driving power is transmitted to the driven part. The cord body transmits the movement of the driven part to an operation part. The rotary body has a circumferential surface, and the cord body extending from the driven part to the operation part is wrapped around the circumferential surface. The first support part and the second support port are positioned with the rotary body sandwiched therebetween, and support the rotary body such that the rotary body can be brought toward and away from at least one among the driven part and the operation part. A first end part of a rotary shaft part can be fixed to the first support part, and supports the rotary body so as to be capable of rotating about the rotary shaft axis. A fixed part is positioned between a second end part of the rotary shaft part and the second support part. The position of the fixed part relative to the rotary shaft part can be adjusted in the rotary shaft direction, and can be fixed to the second support part.
