Abstract:

The disclosed system provides customers with a strong motivation for visiting a shop, and benefits a shop by encouraging customers to visit the shop and enabling information for predicting customer visits to the shop to be obtained. The system for encouraging customers to visit a shop is provided with: a shop visit announcement means for inputting shop visit announcement information; a customer identification means for identifying a customer; a means for indentifying the shop visit announcement information of the customer; a collation means for collating the consistency or inconsistency of the date, time or period until shop visiting or purchasing according to the shop visit announcement information for a customer, and, the date, time or period until confirmation for when it is confirmed that the customer has visited the shop or made a purchase; and a privilege granting means which grants a privilege to the customer if, according to the collating means, the date, time or period until shop visiting or purchasing according to the shop visit announcement information, is consistent with the date, time or period until confirmation for when it is confirmed that the customer has visited the shop or made a purchase.
