Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for evaluating porcine stem cell pluripotency and a method for evaluating pluripotency using same and specifically to a pluripotency evaluation system using a dual vector system to display different fluorescences depending on the pluripotency status in porcine stem cells, and a stem cell marker selection method, a stem cell separation method, and a stem cell pluripotency evaluation method, each using same. Introduction of the reporter system according to the present invention allows for real-time evaluations of the pluripotency status in living tissues and cells.
