Abstract:
A system and method applicable to automatically adjusting the elevation of a horizontal prefabricated component (1); after the height of a vertical support rod (2) is sensed by means of an electronic height measuring device (3), generating an adjusting data signal and sending the adjusting data signal to a sensor controller (4); the sensor controller (4) controlling a telescopic driving device (5) according to the adjusting data signal; the telescopic driving device (5) driving the vertical support rod (2) to extend and retract, thus simplifying the process of adjusting the elevation of the horizontal prefabricated component (1), improving construction efficiency, and increasing the positioning and construction quality of the horizontal prefabricated component (1); the theoretical adjusting precision may reach 1/1000L, thus achieving a transformation from original crude manual adjustment to self-adaptive refined computer system adjustment, thereby achieving high precision and high efficiency self-adaptive levelness adjustment of the horizontal prefabricated component (1).
