Abstract:
A system and method for distributing information, an information server and a displaying terminal are disclosed. The system includes an information server and at least one displaying terminal. The information server obtains the information to be distributed, arranges the obtained information to generate a form of email, and sends the generated email to the displaying terminal. The displaying terminal receives the email sent by the information server, and displays the distributed information in the received email. The invention does not need to adopt the custom protocol when distributing information so that the expansibility is excellent. It is possible to distribute information without a special information distributing apparatus, so that the cost is decreased and its popularization is easy.
