Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a method for pretreating raw materials for polycarbonate production, comprising a bisphenol A storage tank, a diphenyl carbonate storage tank, a bisphenol A pipeline, and a diphenyl carbonate pipeline. The bisphenol A storage tank is connected to a polycarbonate reactor through the bisphenol A pipeline, and a static mixer is provided on the bisphenol A pipeline. The diphenyl carbonate storage tank is incorporated into the bisphenol A pipeline before an entrance of the static mixer through the diphenyl carbonate pipeline. The production raw material pretreatment system of the present invention can avoid the problems of hue and quality deterioration caused by the mutual crossing of raw materials and the decomposition of raw materials and, combined with accurate raw material molar ratios, can greatly improve the quality stability of polycarbonate products.
