Abstract:

According to the present invention, a system and method for previewing multimedia content by using preview information data are characterized in that when multimedia content is reconfigured by using one or more pieces of original multimedia content from among audio data, video data, image data and text data, the preview information data is generated and the multimedia content is allowed to be previewed as intended by the user by using the preview information data without modifying the original multimedia content, wherein the preview information data includes multimedia content source information for each of the original multimedia content and preview control information for previewing multimedia content as reconfigured by the user.
