Abstract:

A system for predicting treatment resistance in rectal cancer and a molecular mechanism thereof before treatment, comprising: a feature extraction device (10), an acquisition device (20), a tag construction device (30), and a prediction device (40). The system can predict a newadjuvant treatment response of patients before treatment, can analyze a population with treatment resistance to rectal cancer and a potential molecular mechanism thereof, realizes targeted personalized treatment for patients with treatment resistance to rectal cancer, has important clinical significance, and improves the overall survival of patients with rectal cancer.
