Abstract:
A system for producing industrial proteins using carbon-containing industrial gases, belonging to the field of protein preparation. The system comprises a bacterial preparation system (3), a feed gas purification system (1), a water purification system (2), a bacterial separation system (4) and a protein preparation system (5), wherein the bacterial preparation system (3) is respectively in communication with the feed gas purification system (1), the water purification system (2) and the bacterial separation system (4), and the protein preparation system (5) is in communication with the bacterial separation system (4). Impurities in feed gas and miscellaneous bacteria in raw material water are removed by means of purifying the feed gas and the raw material water, which provides excellent raw materials and environments for the reproduction of bacteria, so that the feed gas is efficiently fermented, thereby increasing the yield of proteins.
