Abstract:
Provided is a system for highly efficient production of THB. The system for producing trihydroxybenzene (THB) includes: a culture tank that holds a liquid culture, cultures the bacteria, and generates a bacterial culture fluid, said liquid culture including bacteria that synthesizes deoxy-scyllo-inosose (DOI); and a heating device that is connected to the culture tank, heats the bacterial culture fluid using a high temperature of at least 80°C, and generates a product solution including trihydroxybenzene (THB).
