The present invention relates to a system for providing a right transaction service by using virtual propertization of a person account, in which a divided area of the personal account is traded in the form of pre-sale or leasing, and a service platform for distributing an advertisement profit, etc. for the distributed area is provided to a lesser, and may provide a platform for performing virtual propertization of a personalized personal account to enable transaction of a distributed area in the form of pre-sale or leasing, by a system for providing a right transaction service by using virtual propertization of a personal account, the system comprising a transaction service provision server comprising: a transaction request unit for receiving, from a user terminal, a pre-sale or leasing transaction request including a consent to a pre-sale or leasing condition and information on a selection of one distributed area among one or more distributed areas for which a pre-sale or leasing transaction request is received by a request reception unit; and a transaction processing unit for performing, upon the pre-sale or leasing transaction request received by the transaction request unit, pre-sale or leasing transaction processing for at least one distribution area between an owner and a user.
