Abstract:
To achieve the above purpose, an air conditioner according to the present invention comprises: a cabinet having a suction port and a discharge port respectively formed therein; a fan blowing the air from the suction port to the discharge port; a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the air; and a vane module comprising a horizontal vane which is rotated in a direction perpendicular to the discharge port so as to guide the air flowing through the discharge port, and a vertical vane which is rotated in a direction parallel to the discharge port so as to guide the air flowing through the discharge port. Thus, the horizontal vane and the vertical vane respectively adjust the wind direction of the discharged air in the directions perpendicular to each other, and thus, the blowing direction of the air conditioner can be minutely adjusted. Also, the vane module is provided with a fastening means which can be attached to/detached from the discharge port of the cabinet, and modulizes a plurality of vanes integrally with one another. Thus, convenience in the assembly and management of the air conditioner can be improved.
