Abstract:
Provided is a tactile sensation presentation device with which an operator can be made aware of an acceptance of an operation or the like by causing a displacement to occur in an operation screen. The tactile sensation presentation device is configured such that ring-shaped piezoelectric elements, in which a deformation of contracting or expanding the diameters thereof occurs by a voltage being applied to an electrode, are fastened to a flexible plate-shaped member which an operator touches so that the plate-shaped member is caused to bend in accordance with the deformation of the ring-shaped piezoelectric elements. A sufficiently large displacement can thereby be caused in the operation screen, and an operator can thus be made more clearly aware of an acceptance of an operation or the like.
