Provided is a tailpipe hanger assembly, comprising a hydraulic tailpipe hanger and a service delivery tool mounted therein. The hydraulic tailpipe hanger comprises a sand prevention cap, a tie-back barrel, a left-hand threaded joint, a cone, slips, a body, a push rod, a piston and a hydraulic cylinder which are coaxially arranged, the sand prevention cap and the left-hand threaded joint being mounted at the upper and lower ends of the tie-back barrel respectively, the slips being arranged on the cone, the body being arranged in the cone and connected to the left-hand threaded joint, the push rod being fixed on the body of the hydraulic cylinder, and the piston being mounted inside the hydraulic cylinder. The service delivery tool comprises a releasing device, a shield mechanism, a lifting sub, a central tube and a ball seat module which are coaxially arranged, the top end of the central tube being connected to the lifting sub, both the releasing device and the shield mechanism being mounted on the central tube, the ball seat module being connected to the lower end of the central tube and comprising a ball seat body and a hollow rubber plug mounted at a lower portion of the ball seat body, and the inner diameter of a cavity in the ball seat body being equal to that of the central tube.
