Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a target information reporting method, and a terminal and an access network device. The target information reporting method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receiving first signaling, which is sent by an access network device, wherein the first signaling comprises identification information of a target cell; the terminal acquiring target information of the target cell according to the identification information; and the terminal sending the target information to the access network device, wherein the target information comprises at least one of the following: first indication information, which is used for indicating whether the target cell supports the terminal; second indication information, which is used for indicating whether the target cell allows the terminal to reside; support information, which is information used for determining whether the target cell supports the terminal; and permission information, which is information used for determining whether the target cell allows the terminal to reside.
