Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of enabling precise management of activities by a target. This target management system (100) comprises an acquisition unit (121), a setting unit (122), and a reduction processing unit (124). The acquisition unit (121) acquires the value of a target for each of one or more first periods and one or more second periods. The one or more second periods are after the one or more first periods. The target is information that recognizably indicates the activity state of staff or an organization to which the staff belongs. The setting unit (122) sets the standard value of the target. The reduction processing unit (124) performs reduction processing. The reduction processing is a process for reducing or successively reducing any differences between the values acquired by the acquisition unit (121) in the one or more second periods and the standard value.
