Abstract:
A task management system (1) comprises: an input unit (1a); one or more 3D sensors (1ba); a movement data generation unit (1bb); an identification unit (1c); and an association unit (1d). In relation to a region and an article to be managed by a warehouse management system, the input unit (1a) inputs task data in which recorded are the content and time of a task for each worker, the task involving extracting and collecting an article from a shelf designated by the warehouse management system and transporting the article to a prescribed location. The 3D sensor (1ba) measures the depth of an object, the abovementioned region being included in the measurement range, in at least a period in which the task data is recorded, and acquires time-added depth data. The movement data generation unit (1bb) recognizes the location and time of a discretionary person from the depth data, and generates movement data on the basis of the recognition result. The identification unit (1c) matches, on the basis of both of the abovementioned data items, the discretionary person and the worker using the time as a key to identify the discretionary person. The association unit (1d) associates both of the abovementioned data for the identified worker.
