Abstract:
This work management system (1) comprises an input unit (1a), a detection unit (1b), an identification unit (1c), and an association unit (1d). With respect to an area and a product to be managed in a warehouse management system, the input unit (1a) inputs work data in which work content and work time for each worker are recorded for work for carrying the product in the area. The detection unit (1b) detects the location of an arbitrary person in the area and the time at the location in a period in which at least work data is recorded, and generates movement data on the basis of the detection result. The identification unit (1c) matches the arbitrary person indicated by the movement data with the worker by taking the time as a key on the basis of the work data input by the input unit (1a) and the movement data generated from the detection unit (1b), and identifies the arbitrary person. The association unit (1d) associates the movement data with the work data for the worker identified by the identification unit (1c).
