Abstract:
Disclosed are a taxonomy system for facilitating space group reasoning and a taxonomy system construction method in connection therewith. A selected area diffraction pattern (SADP) taxonomy includes a plurality of labels, wherein the labels are constructed by clustering SADP images captured by a transmission electron microscope (TEM), according to a specific criterion, and the labels are linked to space groups of the crystallographic perspective taxonomy.
