Abstract:
A teaching system 100 comprises: a teaching point generator 2 that generates teaching points for a robot 1; an operation unit 3 operated by a user; an image generator 4 that generates a VR image 8 in which a virtual robot 81 corresponding to the robot 1 is placed in a VR space 80; and a display unit 5 that displays the VR image 8. The image generator 4 generates a VR image 8 in which the virtual robot 81 operates in accordance with the operations performed on the operation unit 3. The teaching point generator 2 generates teaching points corresponding to the positions of the virtual robot 81 in the VR space 80, generated by the image generator 4.
