Abstract:
This terminal comprises: a reception unit that receives an RRC reconfiguration message which includes information relating to the settings of one or more candidate cells and information relating to an execution condition for a specific procedure to be executed on the candidate cells; a control unit that controls the execution of the specific procedure on the basis of the information relating to the settings and the information relating to the execution condition; and a transmission unit that, if the execution of the specific procedure has failed, transmits a message including information relating to the cause of the failure.
