Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a non-alcoholic beer-taste beverage that has an excellent body and excellent foam quality. A solution to the problem is a non-alcoholic beer-taste beverage that contains a wort fermentation liquid, and that has a malt usage proportion of 50% or more, a true extract concentration of 6 w/v% or more, and a ratio (bitterness unit/true extract) of the bitterness unit (BU) with respect to the true extract concentration (w/v%) of 2.0-3.8.
