Abstract:
A terminal device is provided with: a reception unit which monitors, in an active downlink BWP of a serving cell in a secondary cell group (SCG), a PDCCH accompanied by a DCI format used for PDSCH scheduling, and receives the PDSCH in the downlink BWP; and a transmission unit which transmits HARQ-ACK in PUCCH. The value NRIV of a frequency resource allocation field included in the DCI format is equal to Nsize
BWP*(LRBs-1)+RBstart when LRBs-1 is not more than floor(Nsize
BWP/2). The NRIV is equal to Nsize

BWP, when the DCI format is detected in a common search space, is given by the number of resource blocks of an initial downlink BWP set by a first parameter.
