Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for directionally playing an audio signal by a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring information about a position of a user relative to a terminal according to an audio signal play trigger instruction; selecting, according to the position information, a corresponding high frequency signal used for carrying a to-be-played original audio signal, and calculating output power and output angles of the high frequency signal and the original audio signal; and separately outputting the high frequency signal and the original audio signal at the corresponding output power and output angles, the high frequency signal and the original audio signal being transmitted to a direction of the user and being self-demodulated in a transmission process, so that the user can hear the clear original audio signal. Further disclosed is a terminal. According to the terminal and the method that are provided in the present invention, in a case of not wearing earphones, when an audio signal is played in public, noise interference is not generated to others, and content of the played audio signal cannot be known by others, which effectively prevents occurrence of leakage of the content of the audio signal, ensures the security of transmission of the audio signal, and greatly improves user experience.
