Abstract:
Disclosed are a terminal search method and system, and a terminal and a receiver, comprising: after receiving a message that a terminal is lost, a base station transmits a freeze instruction to the terminal; after receiving the freeze instruction, the terminal uses a positioning module for positioning and transmits the location information to the base station; the base station transmits the location information to a receiver; the terminal and the receiver have been bound to one another in advance; the receiver uses the location information to search for the terminal. In the present invention, when a terminal is lost, a base station transmits a freeze instruction so that the terminal enters a search mode, starts positioning, and sends the positioning information via the base station to a receiver bounded to the terminal, thereby ultimately finding the terminal. The present invention has the advantages of rapid, accurate, and reliable search with high precision.
