Abstract:
The present invention appropriately reports a PHR including a plurality of PHs. A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a control unit for generating a medium access control (MAC) control element that includes two power headroom (PH) fields for one serving cell, and includes a PCMAX,f,c field relating to at least one of the two PH fields; and a transmission unit for transmitting the MAC control element.
