The terminal of one disclosed mode of carrying out the present invention comprises: a control unit that, if a path loss reference signal and spatial relationship information have not been set for designated uplink transmission, calculates a path loss on the basis of a reference signal for the transmission control instruction (TCI) state of a designated downlink resource; and a transmission unit that performs the designated uplink transmission using transmission power based on the path loss. With one disclosed mode of carrying out the present invention, a reference signal for at least QCL or path loss calculation, for the sake of uplink transmission, can be determined appropriately.
