Abstract:
This terminal 1 comprises a base member 10 having a terminal insertion hole 111 and a cylindrical spring member 20 accommodated in the terminal insertion hole, wherein the spring member includes: a first annular section 21 making contact with the inner circumferential surface of the terminal insertion hole; a plurality of spring pieces 26 protruding from the first annular section toward an inlet E side of the terminal insertion hole; a second annular section 22 which makes contact with the inner circumferential surface of the terminal insertion hole and is disposed on the deeper side of the terminal insertion hole than the first annular section; a plurality of spring pieces 27 protruding from the second annular section toward the inlet E side of the terminal insertion hole; and a first connection section 24 which connects the first and second annular sections. The spring pieces 26, 27 respectively have leading end sections 262, 272 which are free ends, and incline so as to approach the center axis CA.
