Abstract:
In order to carry out text matching flexibly without requiring a large number of texts used for matching, an automatic reply system 10, which is a text matching system, is provided with an input unit 11 for inputting a text, and a matching assessment unit 12 for assessing a matching of an input text and a preset text used for matching. The text used for matching is configured so as to be divided into a plurality of text string units, and at least one of the units includes a plurality of candidates further divided into a plurality of text strings. The matching assessment unit 12 carries out an assessment of matching with the input text having been divided into a plurality of text string units.
