Abstract:
A textile slurry mixing tank comprising a mixing tank body and a water replenishing device provided on the mixing tank body. The mixing tank body comprises an outer drum body (1) having one end thereof sealed, an inner drum body (3) provided inside the outer drum body (1) and having one end thereof sealed, a heating device (2) provided between the outer drum body (1) and the inner drum body (3), and an end covering (4) provided at a top portion and having an inclined shape. A water vapor outlet (5) and a water inlet (12) are respectively provided at corresponding positions on side walls of the outer drum body (1) and the inner drum body (3). The water replenishing device comprises, connected sequentially and in series, a water vapor outlet pipe (6), a water storage pipe (8) and a water inlet pipe (11). The water vapor outlet pipe (6) matches and is inserted into and connected to the water vapor outlet (5). The water inlet pipe (11) matches and is inserted into and connected to the water inlet (12). The water storage pipe (8) has a U-shape, and two ends thereof respectively connect to the water vapor outlet pipe (6) and the water inlet pipe (11). When evaporation of liquid in the mixing tank body causes the pressure in a space to increase, water vapor enters the water replenishing device via the water vapor outlet (5), and through a certain pressure causes water in the water replenishing device to flow into the mixing tank body. Since the temperature is low inside the water replenishing device, the water vapor condenses, maintaining internal device pressure.
