Abstract:
A TFT array substrate, a liquid crystal display panel and a wire repairing method. The TFT array substrate comprises a scan line for providing a scan signal and a data line for providing a data signal. A wiring area (20) is set outside a pixel region (10) defined by the scan line and the data line. The wiring area (20) has a wiring layer (30) formed of a scan wire and a data wire. On the wiring area (20), a repairing wire layer (40) in a looped shape and insulated from the wiring layer (30) is disposed below or above the wiring layer (30). When the scan wire or the data wire is disconnected, on the repair wire layer (40), a section of repairing wire (41) intersecting with both sides of a disconnection point of the disconnected scan wire or data wire is cut off, and is electrically connected to the disconnected scan wire or data wire at the intersection point through welding. The present invention repairs products to be scrapped during the liquid crystal display panel manufacturing process, so as to obtain accepted products, thereby reducing the amount of scrapped products, improving the manufacturing yield, and saving the manufacturing cost.
