Abstract:
Provided is a thermal flowmeter that has a plurality of measurement units and is capable of stabilizing the air flowing through an auxiliary passage and enhancing pulsation characteristics and noise performance of a flow rate sensor. A thermal flowmeter 300 according to the present invention has: a flange 305 for fixation to an attachment part of a main passage 124, an auxiliary passage 307 for taking in a portion of the gas 30 to be measured flowing through the main passage, a flow rate measurement unit 451 for measuring the flow rate of the gas to be measured in the auxiliary passage, a circuit component 603 for controlling the flow rate measurement unit, and a circuit board 602 on which the flow rate measurement unit and an electronic component are mounted. The circuit board is such that the auxiliary flow path is formed above the circuit board and the circuit board separates the auxiliary passage on the front side of the circuit board 602 from a second space on the rear side of the circuit board. A pressure measurement unit 600 and the circuit component 603 are disposed in the second space.
